An Enterprise Hackathon Producer's job is to put the right people in a room, give them a runway, unblock them when they get stuck, and walk out with something demoable. That's coaching + production + builder credibility — three skills I've been combining for over a decade.

Five years running live workshops, seminars and webinars

Before I was a developer I ran a personal coaching practice — facilitating workshops in person, delivering webinars online, and built a 10-week course mixing self-led and 1-on-1 sessions. Live audiences are home turf, not a stretch goal.

160+ projects shipped on tight scopes

As owner of FLIC Sites I delivered 160+ projects over 5 years — landing pages, micro-sites, full builds, e-commerce, LMS. Hackathon timelines are just my normal mode of working: pick a scope, ship something, iterate.

AI-fluent — and I publish AI tooling

Daily Claude Code, Cursor and Lovable user. I've published a Claude Code skill that runs an interactive MVP workflow, and a Lovable Prompt Builder web app. Authentic content for AI-themed hackathons is on tap, not researched the night before.

Already producing inside engineering teams

At iGoMoon I trained junior developers, ran retros and code reviews, sat in on hiring, and organised regular After Works for the team. Producing a hackathon is the same muscle — frame, energise, unblock, debrief.
